Eight Point Someone

Disclaimer: This is not a serious post.Many might be offended by this.Don't mind please.

This one is dedicated to all the eight pointers present all over the world.Yes, it's a global issue which needs to be addressed and not restricted to IITs.I deeply feel that eight pointers don't get the respect they actually deserve.Their thunder is stolen by the damn nine pointers who are the so called intellectual cream of the institute when it comes to academics and by the peace-maaru chaggis ( read six pointers ) when it comes to crappy weird stuff i.e having fun with friends. These two above mentioned species make us look like mediocre performers in every field.But i respectfully disagree.

Eight pointers are everywhere.But people seldom discuss them.They are termed as the biggest cliches of all times.Hmmm....he's junt another eight pointer....big deal ? They are thought of as a bunch of loosers that only add to the total number of students and not to the class average as they score near about the average.Ergo, evenif they are removed from the system, the average remains as it is. They are totally useless .Nobody gives a damn ! To all those who think this way, i just have one word for you-Vafanapoli :X ( thats just an Italian slang courtesy F.R.I.E.N.D.S )

We, the eight pointers, make the actual picture the educational system should depict.We are the majority.We do dominate ( atleast in the numbers we are present).We maintain the quality of an eduacational institute by maintaining the average if not droping it , increasing the output tremendously obeying the laws of mass production which the IITs and our country very much believe in.We are the jack of all trades.We have variety and are dymanic.The truth is we are the most wanted species of the three.Be it further studies, placement or anything else, facts speak for themselves.I don't need to convinve you when i say that companies generally look for us.Nine pointers are geeks to them and chaggis don't qualify for the same. Nine pointers are total muggers with no real depth in their apptitute. We have the talent. People like us do wonders in every field.

The bottom line is we derserve some appreciation and recognition. Our contribution dedicated to the service of the nation should not be overlooked. My fellow eight pointers from all over the world, we totally rock ! Don't ever feel ashamed just because you scored a damn point less than the muggers or beacause some chaggi steals your thunder for marooing more peace.I am proud to be a eight pointer.You also should be.Lets spread the message worldwide and hope one day the world is just a place where we live in peace with no more nine pointers or six pointers.Let everyone in the world become a eight point someone.
